Childbirth Educators will help you learn ways to cope with labor such as breathing techniques, relaxation methods, position changes to facilitate an easier delivery. They will also help you understand the advantages and disadvantages of birthing options, helping you formulate a birth plan. Childbirth Educators are certified through various organizations such as ALACE, Lamaze, Bradley, ICEA, Hypnobirthing Inc., etc.
