You will have the benefit of two highly qualified midwives with more than 50 years combined experience. We work in partnership to provide you with true continuity of care. You will be followed by midwives that you know, trust and are comfortable with, who understand your unique situation and care for you personally.
Before the Birth…
We provide full prenatal care for mother and baby in a peaceful, nurturing environment.
Hour long, individualized prenatal visits. Time for client questions, education, and counseling for mind, body and soul.
Partners, children, friends and relatives welcome! We promote family bonding.
24-Hour On-Call access to a midwife.
We offer extensive education on all aspects of pregnancy, birth, and the newborn.
Expert Nutrition and supplement counseling
Personalized Exercise programs
We have extensive experience with midwifery techniques to optimize your health and address prenatal conditions.
Strong backgrounds in herbology, homeopathy, acupressure, and massage therapy.
All standard maternity tests and procedures are offered to monitor mother and baby’s well-being.
Blood or other samples are collected right at our office and sent to the lab for processing.
Individualized options and choices based on informed consent.
Referrals are available to excellent chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, obstetricians, perinatologists, and pediatricians.
Curated resources for childbirth education, birth and postpartum doulas.
For your birth…
We provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support tailored to each laboring mother’s needs.
Support for water birth.
Support for the partner as birth coach.
Continuous care during your active labor, delivery and immediate postpartum.
Extensive experience with the use of advanced midwifery techniques to minimize delivery complications and keep you safely at home.
Emergency medical equipment available if needed including newborn resuscitation equipment, medications for hemorrhage, and IV fluids.
Your midwives and assistants are trained in CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation and are prepared for all emergency situations.
New mommy, new baby…
We come back to your home at 24 hours to check in with you and your baby.
Standard newborn procedures such as Vitamin K, Erythromycin eye ointment and Newborn Screening provided (if desired).
Thorough baby exam after delivery and at all postpartum visits.
Full breastfeeding support and counseling.
Follow up care at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks postpartum for ongoing breastfeeding support. More visits are available as needed.
Post-natal exercise programs.
Well person care options. PAPs, return to fertility awareness, contraception.
